black bean brownies anyone?

Why yes please, don't mind if I do.

I cannot promise that this recipe is healthy, but it is gluten free and amazingly delicious. That counts for something, right?


Ingredients:
2 cups black beans
3 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup sugar

Put all ingredients into blender

Once well blended pour all ingredients into 8" greased square pan

Sprinkle 1/2 cup (or more if you are like me) dark chocolate chips over top

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes until done in center.
